正文(英文) | 25/05/2019 ![]() ![]() A new project communicating cutting-edge science to new UK and international audiences will be launched at Hay Festival this weekend. UK Research and Innovation’s Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) has teamed up with the famous literature festival to launch Trans.MISSION II, matching NERC researchers from three research programmes with professional, local storytellers in Peru, Colombia and the UK. The collaborations between researchers and storytellers will generate a narrative about the science research taking place in each location. A live version of the story will be performed at each of the local Hay Festivals; Arequipa (Peru), Cartagena (Colombia), and Hay (Wales), with a video recording also being produced. For Hay Festival 2020, where all the outputs will be celebrated will also feature an animation / illustration pulling all three research stories together. The research programmes are:
