英文摘要	This report sets out our approach and findings in developing a research impact performance management system for The Research Council (TRC), Oman. RAND Europe was asked to design and apply a research impact performance management system that demonstrates and communicates the impact of TRC's programmes in relation to TRC's mandate, as outlined in Royal Decree 54/2005 (which established TRC), Royal Decree 30/2010 (which gave TRC administrative and financial independence from civil services system) and in the vision set out in the National Research Strategy.
