IEEP is looking for an experienced policy analyst to join the CAP & Food team, to lead and contribute to research and engagement on the EU food system under the European Green Deal.
IEEP has a vacancy for a full-time Policy Analyst within the CAP & Food team. This is a key role within a busy and dynamic team with a particular focus on EU food systems and sustainability.
We are looking for a candidate who likes to take initiative and feels comfortable working in a small and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have expertise on the CAP, its past and ongoing reforms, they will along with a good understanding of the EU food system, the Farm to Fork Strategy and other existing and upcoming pieces of legislation impacting our food system under the European Green Deal. Knowledge of the intersection with other EU land use and climate policies is also an advantage.
The contract offered is on a full-time indefinite basis.
Location: Brussels (hybrid)
Salary: € 35,000 - 42,000 gross per year
