英文摘要	The purpose of this report is to develop proposals for improving the efficiency of interaction between the AC and the AEC, aimed at implementing the most positive scenario for sustainable socio-economic and environmental development of the Arctic region, by creating favorable conditions for attracting private investment and developing entrepreneurial projects, taking into account the need to preserve the unique Arctic ecosystem and the traditional lifestyle and management of Indigenous Peoples of the North, while involving all residents of the Arctic in fair economic activity.
