正文(英文)	Alessandro Annoni, President of the International Society for Digital Earth, and former Head of the Digital Economy Unit at the European Commission – Joint Research Centre was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award on October 6, 2020, during the Geospatial World Awards 2020 event. Alessandro Annoni has played a pivotal role in the development and proliferation of spatial sciences in Europe, and promoting Digital Earth vision worldwide. Annoni was also technical coordination of the INSPIRE directive and co‐chair of the Group on Earth Observation(GEO) Program Board.
