英文摘要 | The following weeks and months will see Germany and Europe taking decisive decisions on climate policy. 2020 is a key year for climate policy in Germany, Europe and beyond. Germany currently holds the EU Council Presidency, plus there is the German coal phase-out law, the amendment of the Renewable Energy Sources Act, the EU Green Deal, an increase in the EU’s climate targets and the EU Climate Law. At our virtual conference on Thursday, 8 October, we will be discussing what political frameworks, instruments and measures Germany and the EU need to take achieve their climate targets. The virtual conference, Climate policy in times of COVID-19, will take place Thursday, 8 October 2020 from 14.00 to 16.30. Please register here. Note this conference will be in German.
