英文摘要 | This technical note details of the methodology employed to estimate the aggregated actual and projected greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of cities party to the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM), using baseline and target emissions scenarios to project potential avoided emissions based on the GHG reduction targets reported by cities. Developed in close collaboration with GCoM and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, it updates a previously methodology for aggregating city emissions targets originally published in 2015 and supports figures included in GCoM annual reports. |
