英文摘要	This joint report on the mobilization of private finance for 2018 was issued by 27 Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), including ADB. The reporting institutions follow a common methodology on the private finance mobilization that was agreed in 2016. The report measures private investment in development projects in which MDBs and DFIs also finance or have otherwise structured and supported the project. In 2018, MDBs and DFIs reported over $69 billion in total private mobilization in low- and middle-income countries, which is a significant increase over the $53 billion reported in 2017. The total mobilization includes $20.1 billion in private direct mobilization, a key priority of many MDBs. Private mobilization is instrumental in achieving global sustainable development goals by promoting inclusive and sustainable growth, fighting poverty and inequality, mitigating the effects of climate change, or achieving other development impacts.
