英文摘要	ADB’s country partnership strategy for Tajikistan emphasizes widening the economic base by exploring its domestic and international competitive advantages and improving its investment climate to create jobs with higher incomes. ADB has partnered with Tajikistan since 1998 and approved over $1.7 billion in grants, concessional loans, and technical assistance. ADB plans to support inclusive economic growth in Tajikistan with a program estimated at over $300 million for 2019–2021. This investment pipeline plans to fund projects to rehabilitate key road corridors, support financial sector development, strengthen the energy sector (including sector reforms and improved infrastructure), and improve water resource management. ADB also plans to support projects to develop urban infrastructure, improve resilience to natural disasters, and enhance labor skills. Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides social and economic indicators on Tajikistan as well as concise information on ADB's operations in the country and contact information.
