This semiannual report covers the period January to June 2016 and presents the facility’s performance for the first half of the year against the annual work program as well as the cumulative performance as of 30 June 2016 measured against its design and monitoring framework.

For the first half of 2016, the facility approved an additional six (6) projects - one (1) project for the Urban Environmental Infrastructure Fund and five (5) for the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund. The total allocations for these amounted to $6.53 million consisting of: 4 direct charges ($0.53 million) and 2 project grants ($6.0 million).
