The COBP presents indicative pipelines of investment projects, technical assistance (TA), and knowledge activities aligned with the Timor-Leste country partnership strategy (CPS) 2016–2020. The lending pipeline includes projects to improve transport connectivity, enhance the electricity sector’s sustainability, improve urban water supply and waste management, and expand access to technical education. The nonlending pipeline includes TA to support project preparation, financial sector development, regional cooperation and integration, and fiscal and economic reforms. The nonlending pipeline also includes grant-funded projects to support economic diversification and improved urban management.
