Call for Tenders for the services of development of the Study of natural characteristics and biodiversity in the floodplain areas of the Sava - Spačva (CRO) and Bosut forests (RS) in the scope of the FORRET Project („Development of Transboundary Forest Retention Project for Integrated Flood Risk, Environmental and Forestry Management“) which is financed by Cross border cooperation programme INTERREG IPA Croatia – Serbia 2014 – 2020 is cancelled. Decision on annulment of the Call can be found on the right side of this page. The Call is cancelled due to certain irregularities noted and the need for correction and supplementation of the tender documentation. By the program policies, the contracting authority is not obliged to publish a new Call for Tenders publicly. According to Article 406, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Public Procurement Law 2016, an appeal may be filed against this Decision within 10 (ten) days of the date of receipt of this Decision in relation to the reasons for the annulment. The appeal shall be filed and delivered to the WWF Adria Association in writing to the Client's address.
