The topics of membership, engagement, and workforce development will take center stage at the 2019 Water Environment Federation (WEF; Alexandria, Va.) Member Association Exchange (WEFMAX) meetings. WEF volunteers are invited to attend these meetings to engage in open discussions, share thoughts and ideas, ask questions, and provide solutions.

WEF leaders and staff will attend each meeting to facilitate discussions on topics important to WEF, the water environment profession, and local communities. Additional events such as social gatherings and special workshops will be hosted at these meetings. The British Columbia Water and Waste Association will host an Operator Training Workshop during the meeting on March 13. AZ Water will hold a Young Professionals Summit on March 27 in conjunction with the Arizona meeting.
