Today, the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) release a massive open online course (MOOC) in collaboration with the United Nations’s SDG Academy. The title of the course is “Water: addressing the global crisis”.
Together with Alliance for Global Water Adaptation, UNESCO WWAP, Global Resilience Partnership and UNDP, SIWI have developed courses to give an introduction too many different aspects of water, including finance, diplomacy and water services. The course is aimed at development professionals, private sector actors, water activists and advanced students.
Starting January 14, a module will be released every week, with a 2-week catch-up period, giving you time to understand the complexity and diversity of water. The MOOC is offered free of charge and consists of 9 modules;
