How can we make transformations in practice, to create a step change towards environmental sustainability? What does transformation look like? What methods can help create transformations? What about new innovations? And how can we accelerate transformations?

We brought together members of the ISSC’s Transformations to Sustainability programme community to share their ideas on what transformations in practice are, what kind of transformations are needed, and how we can make them happen – and fast.

Video participants are all part of the Transformations to Sustainability community, which includes three Transformative Knowledge Networks: ACKNOWL-EJ, PATHWAYS and T-LEARNING.

The ISSC’s Transformations to Sustainability (T2S) programme promotes research on the complex social transformations needed to address problems of global environmental change, as well as on interrelated societal problems such as poverty, corruption, migration, social discontent and conflict.
